Treatment process

Food waste contains extremely high organic matter, so resource utilization is the best treatment method. Common treatment processes are roughly divided into aerobic fermentation as fertilizer and anaerobic fermentation as biogas as fuel.

More fiber
Vegetables, paper towels, meat and other substances contained in the kitchen waste are easy to form fibrous shapes after being crushed or squeezed. If the dehydration equipment of the rotary extrusion method is used, it is easy to cause blockage.
High salt content
Various seasonings used in food preparation contain more salt, which corrodes metal equipment more severely.
Contains grease
Generally, it contains 2% to 5% oil, which makes the food waste more viscous and reduces the treatment efficiency of some dehydration equipment.
Prone to corruption
High organic content, rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and various trace elements, so it is very easy to putrefaction, sour and smelly, and easy to breed harmful organisms. If the selection of dehydration equipment is unreasonable, it is easy to start fermentation in the dehydration section, which will affect the subsequent overall fermentation effect.
During the storage and transportation of food waste, corruption will inevitably occur, and related malodorous gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl mercaptan will be generated. Operators working in this environment for a long time will damage the health of the personnel.

SS301L hexagonal bar
The hexagonal rod drive shaft drives the disc to rotate for a long time, and the inner hole of the disc is not deformed after the disc is stressed, which ensures the accuracy of the disc rotation and avoids the situation of the disc jam.
The SS301L material improves the toughness of the drive shaft, provides sufficient squeezing force for the material, and ensures that the shaft itself is not worn or broken.

Except for the hexagonal bar, all sheet metal materials of the equipment are made of SS304, which ensures that the equipment will not be corroded during long-term operation.
When processing high-salt materials, SS316L material will be used.
