Food waste, commonly known as swill, swill, or swill, is the collective term for food waste and kitchen waste. It is mainly domestic waste formed by residents in the process of consumption and is the most important type of food waste. Including food processing leftovers (kitchen waste) and edible residues (sweats) produced by households, schools, canteens and catering industries. Its composition is complex, mainly oil, water, peels, vegetables, rice noodles, fish, meat, bones, waste tableware, plastics, paper towels and other mixtures of various substances. It is characterized by being extremely perishable, stinking, and spreading bacteria and viruses. The amount of food waste in my country is huge, and it is rising rapidly.

Treatment process
Food waste contains extremely high organic matter, so resource utilization is the best treatment method. Common treatment processes are roughly divided into aerobic fermentation as fertilizer and anaerobic fermentation as biogas as fuel.
